During the taxiway paving process, each of the aircraft hangar owners contracted to have their taxi-lane connections and hangar aprons paved. This “buy-in” by the local group completed the final touches to this very successful airport improvement project.
Motley-Motley, Inc. received the bid at $846,303.00 and began construction in August, finishing the first of October. The project was completed one week ahead of schedule and $20,000 under budget.
Lewiston-Nez Perce County Regional Airport, Lewiston, Idaho – Terminal Apron Reconstruction
This project is the “heart” of the airport, and a proactive approach was taken to communicate with the airlines early on in the project design.

All fencing on the airport perimeter that was not chain link or was in high security areas near the terminal was replaced with 10,200 linear feet of 7′ chain link fence

Three electronically controlled gates, eight manual gates and security signage was also included with the fencing project

The purchase and installation of an emergency generator for the terminal and airfield lights in the event of a power outage
